How this works.
Grounds
An applicant or holder may challenge a private certificate decision, suspension or withdrawal with new evidence or a specific concern about process. Include the decision reference and grounds.
Independent consideration
A reviewer who was not the original decision-maker should consider the appeal where available. Conflicts are recorded and managed. The outcome and reasons are retained in the decision record.
Public status
The registry remains authoritative while an appeal is considered. An appeal does not automatically reinstate a suspended or withdrawn certificate.
