Who is responsible
BC Aligned operates this website and is the point of contact for privacy requests at hello@bcaligned.co.uk. Our London contact location is Scale Space, 58 Wood Lane, White City, London W12 7RZ. We do not publish a company number or registered-office claim without verification.
What we collect
A contact request contains your name, email, optional organisation and message. A workspace account contains an email address and a protected password hash. The workspace stores organisations, actions, evidence notes, self-assessments and audit records you enter. Essential server logs record requests and security events. Public diagnostics calculate in your browser and do not send answers to us.
Why we use it
We use contact details to reply to enquiries, account information to provide a private workspace, and security records to protect the service. We do not sell contact details or use an enquiry as marketing consent. Profiles, research participation and case studies require separate permission.
Who processes it
The public service runs on Namecheap hosting, which stores the website and private database. Mail addressed to this domain forwards to bidchampions@outlook.com. We do not load advertising or optional analytics scripts. Access to submitted records is limited by account roles.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of information about you by emailing hello@bcaligned.co.uk. We may need enough information to verify a request and may retain records where a legitimate record or legal duty requires it. A workspace owner controls information they enter about their organisation.
Retention and changes
We review contact, account and operational records against the data-retention policy. A material change to this notice will be dated and published here. Last reviewed 25 September 2026.
