How this works.
Accuracy
Represent competence, qualifications, experience and evidence truthfully. Correct a material error. Protect confidentiality and make a limitation clear before a client relies on advice.
Respect
Treat people fairly, avoid harassment and respect the authority of a client’s own decisions. Do not pressure a client into an assessment or certificate.
Independence
Disclose conflicts, gifts and referral arrangements that could affect judgement. Never promise a certificate or favourable research outcome in exchange for payment.
